Gina has been a valuable member of our team since 2010, bringing with her a of experience and expertise. With a BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Teacher status, and qualifications as a trainer, she excels in her role. As the lead of both the Nursery and pre-school, Gina dedicates her time to ensuring every aspect of our programs runs smoothly and effectively. Her commitment to early childhood education makes her an essential part of our community.
Kirsty Reville
Meet Kirsty, our dedicated General Manager at Bell Day Nursery. With over 20 years of experience, she began her journey as a practitioner, working directly with the children. Kirsty's passion for our nursery and its role in the community shines through in everything she does. She collaborates closely with the other managers to ensure a nurturing and supportive environment for our children and staff alike.
Emma La Roche
Emma has dedicated the last 10 years to our two settings, showcasing her commitment and passion for early years education. Throughout her journey, she has achieved her qualifications and is now a skilled Early Years Teacher. As a qualified trainer, Emma plays a vital role in supporting the development of all staff, ensuring that special educational needs (SEND), speech and language, and children's overall development remain a top priority. Her expertise and dedication make significant impact on our team and the children we serve.
Jenny Rivers
Arthur Coote
Jenny's journey in education began at the Saffron Walden Teacher Training, where she trained as a primary school teacher. After qualifying, she taught in two different schools before furthering her expertise in Nursery Education. Returning to her roots, Jenny joined our Nursery staff in 1993 and been an integral part of our team ever since. She works from Tuesday to Friday, managing our accounts and bookkeeping to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Arthur is a dedicated part-time professional, working every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. With years of experience in Early Years education, he is passionate about nurturing young minds and enjoys sharing his knowledge by training others in Childcare. His commitment to excellence makes him a valuable resource in the field.
Our Staff
At our center, we pride ourselves on having a diverse and experienced team dedicated to nurturing and educating children. Our staff retention is exceptional, allowing us to provide consistent care for families with multiple children. We ensure the safety of all our staff through a rigorous DBS checking system, and we prioritize Continuous Professional Development by encouraging ongoing training and education. Each team member holds essential certifications, including First Aid and Safeguarding, which are regularly updated to maintain the highest standards of care.
